Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is a 4 year degree course which trains students to become executive professionals in the business world. Students may now choose the field they will be specializing in, thus, providing them the opportunity to equip themselves with relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes to survive the competitive world of business. The BSBA program includes major areas, namely: Human Resource Development and Management, Marketing Management and Financial Management.
Major in Human Resource Development and Management
The Program deals with major aspects of Manpower resources and their talents. Students are trained to be experts in Recruitment, Selection, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Management, Grievances and Employee Discipline.
Major in Financial Management
The Program aims to produce business professionals in Finance, Investment Banking Firms, Broker-dealer firms, Management Consulting Firms, Commercial Banks and other Financial Institutions, Central Banks and International Financial Institutions.
Major in Marketing Management
The Program aims to produce Business professionals who understand the relationship of Sellers to Consumers and how Product, Price, Place and Promotions affect both. It also trains future business professionals on how to create a demand for their product amidst a changing environment.
