School year 2011-2012 marks another academic breakthrough for Lorma Colleges as it ties up with Microsoft to expand the school’s IT expertise through the MICROSOFT IT ACADEMY Advanced Level program. The exclusivity of this feature draws a bundle of privileges to the school and to Lormanians through the MICROSOFT Professional Courseware.
In anticipation for the opening of the school year, Lorma Colleges opened to the public its newly constructed four storey building located in Lorma Carlatan campus last March 28, 2011. Equipped with several spacious classrooms, a bookstore and lavatories, the building also holds the College of Nursing’s newest Nursing Arts Center.
Lining up at the Lorma College Multi-purpose Gynmasium, instructors and administrative personnel alongside business people cum athletes donned their team jerseys to kick off the first ever Lorma Cup Basketball tournament slated last April 9, 2011.
