This is a 4 year course that trains professionals to be skilled in specific functions: Food and Beverage, Front Office and Housekeeping operations as required in accommodation, food and beverages enterprises. Students are exposed to the real practices of the industry through our: Shipboard Training Program, Hotel Benchmarking, Hotel Immersion, Events Management and On-the-Job Training Program.
