Pre-School Distinct Program

  • Developmental Reading Program - This comprehensive program includes all important skills, processes, instructional material and computer-assisted instruction to make pupils become successful readers. We consider pupils learning style, multiple intelligence and readiness to train and develop their interest in reading.

  • Beyond - Classroom Discovery - In view of the psychological fact that children absorb data when they use their senses, they are given learning opportunities outside the classroom like a trip to the zoo, farm and pottery.

  • Comprehensive Curriculum - We educate and nurture the children to be a total human being, thereby including Christian Values Education, Music and Arts as well as Group Activities in the regular class programs. There is also a weekly schedule for play activities in the fully-furnished playground.

  • Dynamic Instruction - Teachers work with individuals, small group and the whole group at different times because we recognize the children's different background and experiences. We also understand that these children do not learn the same things at the same time in the same way.

  • Parents Pro - Active Involvement - The parent-officers of the PTO serve as an effective feedback mechanism of the on-going academic and co-curricular programs of the school and parents and immediate caregivers have an annual seminar-workshop on effective and responsible parenting.

  • Experiential Learning - Experience plays a pivot role in the learning process and value-acquisition of preschoolers. Monthly pre-school programs are then geared towards letting the children have first-hand experiences on what is learned in the classroom.

    Pre-School's Objectives:
    We believe
    • That a child has an absorbent mind and that he is capable of learning many things;
    • That a child can develop a strong character through work;
    • That learning should be done in a way that a child will enjoy it;
    • That the adult can learn from a child because the child is the father of man.
