The Lorma Colleges Organizational Chart
Manning an entire institution composed of thousands of students and several hundreds of employees is accurately managed by Lorma’s management team through its organizational chart. The organization’s strategic vision is conveyed by the well delineated lines of hierarchy, responsibility and relationships.
Executive Council and Administrative Heads
The hierarchy of authority in the college stems from the President of Lorma Inc. Dr. Rufino Macagba Jr. and thus followed by the Executive Vice President Mr. Robert Kaiser Jr. The school’s head is Executive Director Dr. Jose Mainggang with Mr. Ismael Caasi as the Chief Finance Officer. Various academic and department heads in the college make up the Administrative line up of Lorma Colleges.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Lorma Incorporated’s Board of Directors who oversees the general makeup and endeavors of the academic institution. They are the team players for authorizing the college’s Project Managements and Program Implementations.
